Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm currently and have been on child support for my child that has been in custody of his maternal grandmother since the age of 3 months he is now 11 years old. I would like to know how can the mother of my child to also pay child support for the relative care checks that the grandmother is receiving. The mother does not live with the child and the grandmother currently has custody of six of the seven children her daughter had and only the fathers of these children are being put on child support and not the mother. Only one of them belong to me. I'm not looking for my payments to be reduced, I also know her payments will be going towards the state. I feel the mother should also take some responsibility and pay the state back as well. It should be equal responsibility for both parents especially since the child is in the custody of his grandmother. Please help me I have 4 other kids cant the balance that is currently owed to the state is really high and the mother really should help pay the state back as well. I don't think the grandmother is enforcing the child support on her daughter.
