Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm trying to have my two children custody. The mother of my children is not involved nor physically, emotionally or financially with them. The one only one who has been has been myself and my family. The mother of the children has been evict twice and she is constantly going to the hospital. She was once taken for suicide attempt. I have all the proof from the hospital and the eviction order. She left me for another man and left the kids with me. I truly want my kids. Would it be difficult to get full custody of my kids. I also have a girlfriend now; would that affect my case in anyway? Help

Based upon this fact pattern you have an excellent shance for full (and sole) custody.
