what should I do if my child's mother and my current girl friend is trying to take our son out of the state of Florida where we live now and he was born to a facility in Texas due to her religious beliefs I'm on his birth certificate and he also carry's my last name?

File a petition to stop her. I suggest you hire a family law attorney, somehow, fast. Check your local Legal Aid if need be.

Are you married to the child's mother? If you are and you are living with another woman, who has custody of this child?
