Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm a U.S citizen. While l was Living in the UK, I was married to a woman from the UK, but we were married in St Lucia. We have since separated, and I'm back living in the U.S. I have no idea where my wife is, or how to get ahold of her, and wish to file for divorce, but have no idea where to file.

File in Florida, use Service by Publication. This is a complicated procedure and you really need an attorney. Be aware that the cost will be higher due to the publication requirements.

You can file in FL, you have to try to locate her first, then publish as a last resort. Agree, get a lawyer.
