Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My Ex and I have a custody agreement through an injunction. He is suppose to take the kids every other weekend. My oldest has currently started to express she doesn't want to go with him. Am I suppose to force her to go regardless of her feelings? (Keeping in mind that since he started to take the kids in the weekend I have seen some changes in the girls that have me worried. I believe his current girlfriend might be doing something to my kids, but unfortunately the girls have not said anything. If I ask they generally lower their head, act anxious or withdrawn.)

How old is she? Is she going to counseling? Can you prove your claim? You will need to modify the court order.

If there is an order in place then yes they have to go unless the order is modified.
