Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm currently in a custody case with my ex girlfriend and we have a 20 month old duaghter. We went to mediation and that failed. We have a case management conference coming up this month. My question is, will the judge order us back to mediation? I've been trying to work with her so that this doesn't need to go to trial, but she is being stubborn.

The vast majority of cases do not go to trial, but if she won't settle the case, yours will. As the case already went to mediation, would a 2nd mediation make a difference? I suggest retaining an experienced family law attorney asap. If retained, I would do my best to try to amicably resolve the case, but if she wants to be an a--, it will go to trial. It is probably time to set her deposition.
