Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex has custody of my son but he have him to me because he didn't want him. I had him 5 years ago for 1 year then he wanted him back. But when he got him back he made him live with his grandmother who treated him like crop and he only seen his dad a few times when he was there living with his grandmother for 3 years. They did not let him have contact with me and I have visitation rights and they wouldn't let me see him. So his dad didn't want him anymore after that 3 years so he gave him to me. I have had him for 1 year and he wants him back. He was around sex offenders when he was with him and he was molested. I don't want my son to go through that again. I live in Florida and his dad lives in Pennsylvania. Do I have to hand my child over to him? He said if I don't he will have me arrested
