Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Custody of 16 yr old ,child support

I have son in my care per the divorce agreement.I moved out of state also per MSA.My son is visiting

dad per MSA. In the MSA it says that it doesn't matter how long son visits dad child support is still to be

paid to me(the Mother).Ex is trying

to get son to stay with him now.Since I moved out of state and

have primary care does he have to come to my state to change anything? If MSA says no matter how long he stays the child support stays ,how will that work?

It depends on how long you have lived out of state. An action needs to be filed to get you son back with you. I can help. You may contact my office.
