Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my daughters father and I have a partial parenting plan for just over the summer. Am I required to supply him with her car seat, clothes etc for her while she Is with him? If I refuse to give him my car seat can he call the cops?

You are not required to supply him with anything.

You have to follow the terms of the parenting plan. If these matters were not addressed in the plan then you are not obligated to provide these items.

It sounds like you may need a revision of the current plan and a more detailed final plan addressing all matters regarding the child.

Consult with a local family law attorney.

You are not required to give him these things, calling the cops is absurd.
