Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My divorce became final last week. The judge ruled that we had 5 days to complete the mediation agreement. I have completed every thing that I was required to do. My X has not signed the paperwork to have her name removed from a joint annuity.

How do I let the judge know that she is 2 days overdue on signing that paperwork. She also refuses to give me my birth cert. and passport.

If she has not signed and was order to do so she can be held in contempt. An attorney would need to review the final judgment and mediation agreement for a more specific answer.

I see you are in Central Florida. Please feel free to contact me directly if you need further help,

You may be able to file a motion for contempt and to enforce the settlement agreement. I suggest you contact an attorney in your area for more advice on your case.
