Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a divorce judgment for post spousal support, and I want to collect on it. It originated in NC in 1996. But I live in Florida, and in 2004, I had a UIFSA registration done with the clerk of courts in Florida. (UIFSA Definition: The American uniform child and spousal support legislation, the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act already adopted and implemented by most states).

As part of this case, my decree of divorce judgment was into this entered case in 2008. Since 2004 was the year the UIFSA first was entered, am I within the 20 year SOL to collect on this judgment?
