Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am divorced , my ex-wife had a temporary injunction sent to me for texting and emailing her last weekend while I was upset. I live in Texas and her in florida with our son. She has proof, however, she has put false accusations in the report. I am attending the hearing telephonically. I was granted an extension as well. I do not know what to do and need advice.

Tell the Judge that you were upset and that yes you did send this but because you only want contact with your son and she makes it increasingly difficult for you to have a relationship with him as she continues to isolate you from contact. Apologize profusely and state that you will curtail your comments to being civil and ask only to be a part of your child's life.
