Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was divorced in Fl. and am now living in Ga. My children's father has visitation over holidays. He refuses to provide me with a current living address as he knows I am attempting to establish child support. He also refuses to address issues of poisoning our children against me and not giving our son his asthma medication while in his care. I recently learned that there is an active warrant for him in Fl. Do I still have to allow him visitation with our children?

Until you obtain a court modification, yes.

If he refuses to give you an address then tell him visitation will not happen until he does.
