divorce/power of attorney

I am seeking to file for divorce from my husband who is currently incarcerated. I was given power of attoney by him. I would like to know if I can sign the divorce papers for the both of us

No, go to the Courthouse and get the forms for him to sign and send in to the Clerk's Office. He can get the papers signed and notarized in jail. Give him a SASE to send to the Clerk.

This assumes it is uncontested.

The Clerk will assist in furnishing you with the correct papers.
