Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have an eleven year old son that I would like to move out of state with. I was never married to his father and he is not on the birth certificate but I do have paternity papers and he is court ordered to pay child support. He only sees him every other week for about 3-4 hours. What do I need to do to move with my son, legally?

You'll probbaly need a lawyer, because this is a difficult and usually-unsuccessful procedure. Florida law doesn't often allow children to move more than 50 miles from a parent without a very, very good reason. Take a look at Florida Statute section 61.13001.
