File a Motion to Enforce or Motion for Contempt.

file a Motion for Contempt and ask for a hearing. You will also need to file in your Motion for Contempt all the reasons why the other party has not complied with your visitation. You will need to have it documented. ie this day was my day and did not see my child be cause bio parent refused, did not s how up, would not allow etc.

You will need more than one t ime and if you hve a witness that would be good.
