Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My exhusband is taking me back to court for more child support. I requested that a judge hear it bc I do not feel the GM presiding over my case currently is being fair or reasonable. The GM rejected my motion to be heard by a judge on the child support issue, saying I cannot object to that and she must hear it. Is this true?

You may file your objection within 10 days opposing having the general mag hear your case. It would then be up to the Judge to decide if he will hear the case or refer it back to the GM
