Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex-wife has been investigated by the Department of Children and Families on several occasions. One of the allegations made was that her then husband was molesting my our daughter. That case turned out to be unfounded. She has lost several jobs, had three other marriages after ours, was foreclosed on, and has been evicted out of several apartments. I pay my child support as ordered and have never been late or missed a payment. She now wants to leave the state with our child. I have my daughter 3 days out of the week and play an integral part of her life. I will dispute the notice to relocate upon receiving it. Will any of her instability help me in keeping my daughter in the State of Florida. Currently the dissolution of marriage states neither parent shall move out of the tri county area.

Having a relocation granted is pretty tough to begin with, but it doesn't sound like she has much of a chance at all. I'm surprised you haven't asked for a greater portion of the timeshare and for her to have supervised visitation.

He problems in life give you a better argument that the best interests of the child would be to have your remain active in her life and not to allow the relocation.I would start organizing you positive points now.If you need assistance my office is in palm beach gardens so e-mail me or call me to discuss this further.
