If there is a joint custody order can one parent take the minor child out of the county with out the other parents consent?

If the other parent objects, review your Marital Settlement agreement to see if there are aany provisions which control the situation. I woulsd have to see the Agreement and Judgment of Dissolution before any definite answer could be given. Please feel free to e-kail me at [email protected]
