Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I already filed notice to relocate with my older two children. The father first objected and then in court agreed. We were in the process of finalizing everything by signing the visitation agreement he has been prolonging the whole process. Now i just received an emergency motion to stop the relocation and temporary custody of the minor children. What are the next steps for me to take?

He is behind about $15,000 in child support. Has history of domestic violence. Was arrested in 2005 for soliciting a prostitute. Agreed this past summer to keep the kids for the summer in writing and notarized, and then decided he did not want the kids for the summer (I still have the text in my phone). There is tons of information that i have but these are the main things.

Keep on with your case. Next time he changes his mind, get it in a settlement agreement quickly so he can't back out. In the meantime, get a lawyer. Your case sounds good, but these cases are very tough to win in Florida, especially without a lawyer.
