Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

a final parental agreement was entered in florida and since then the mother and child left florida per the agreement. I also left florida however the mother didnt transfer the case to Arizona where she is. She has been in contempt of te court order in the parental plan and I filed a motion of contempt against her. Can she claim wrong venue ? or forida still has jursidiction over the case since there is no other court involved?

Since all parties are in Ariz., that is the correct venue. The Arizona Court will need the Florida Court papers .
