You can go to the clerk of the court domestic relations department in the county of your residence and purchase a divorce package. They cannot provide you with you legal advice. Furthermore, you may have to pay a filing fee to open the case with the county. Note that though you may not have children or property, you may need legal assistance and guidance for resolution of certain issues or even to understand the process. I would suggest that you obtain a consultation with a local divorce attorney in your area.
