Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex girlfriend is going to jail for stealing stuff and she has custody of our son. I pay child support but we never set up a time sharing so I only can get him when she is tired of him. Here recently she dropped him off at her grandmothers house and hasn't picked him up so he is living with her grandmother now and my ex doesn't even come by to see him. How can I got about getting full custody of my son?

You need to file a Petition to set up time sharing and visitation. You can request majority timesharing in your petition.

If she is in jail you as the father will for sure get custody you have to petition the court to get what you want.
