Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My girlfriend was unmarried and had kids with her ex she moved away because of being verbaly abused he is now trying to say she had no right moving away three months ago and that she moved 56 miles away from volushia county florida to marion county florida since she was not married he technically does not have rights yet and hes trying to get her for moving that far away
