If title is still in your Grandmother's name, why are you making payments?

contact the company to see what the balance is? Probably was paid off and they are just baffled as to what to do with the funds. Send them her death certificate and get the title in your name. She may have had insurance on the car that paid on her death. If you need assistance, please contact my office for an appointment. 904-997-1031
