Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My former husband lost his job and took me to court for modification. The modification will be filed at the court house once we agree to a parenting plan, In my final decree I am the party who is allowed to claim our son on taxes each year. My former husband wants me to agree to every other year? Do I have to agree? Is this considered part of a parenting plan? Will the judge make me agree to this?
