Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If an individual is arrested on a warrant of non support out of different county then what individual lives,what happens if county of warrant does not pick up the individual. The individual has a purge bond of 1000.00 does that have to be paid for release of individual or can the indiivial be released by the county holding the individual.

The county holding the person can release the person if that county wants to, but that almost never happens. Normally, if the person doesn't pay the purge to be released, the person will wait to be transferred to the correct county or will be released when the holding county receives notice that the county in which the writ was issued says they don't want the person.
