Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My ex was jailed for human trafficking and while she was imprisoned i had my children living with me and going to school for a year. She plead guilty and was only giving 1 year and 2 years probation. A judge issued her a motion to pick up the kids last week. How do i fight for my kids back. This woman tried selling two woman and a minor girl to a undercover and she is allowed to have her kids?? Please help!!

I don't think anyone can answer without reviewing the conviction paperwork. I recommend you contact an attorney immediately.
You need to pursue your paternal rights through the Court. This includes seeking "custody". Until you do so, since you were not married, the mother legally has all the rights.
