Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I live in Florida and want to take my daughter back to my home state where all my family lives. My soon to be ex husband said I can not leave with state with her. If I leave is it considered kidnapping?

If you wish to permanently move with your daughter more than 50 miles from your current residence, you will need to comply with the provisions of Florida's relocation statute (Chapter 61.13001.)

I would suggest that you consult with a family law attorney in your area to discuss your options.
