If I marry and spouse refuses to change existing will do I have any rights or options as his wife? Husband discussed changing will to include wife but after marrying he will not

1. No, you cannot force him to change . It may be grounds to annul marriage if you relied on his false statements

2. A spouse cannot be disinherited and has an automatic 30% interest in estate assets.
