Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In the middle of a divorce in Florida. My soon to be ex was granted temporary custody and I get every other weekend visits. I have a younger child not his who had lice last week. I have treated her and my home, however, he is trying to deny me my court ordered time. Can he legally do that?

Possibly. He would have to arrange a make up weekend which would allow you two weekends in a row.

Spouse has no right to arbitarily deny time sharing, if the spouse denies you should file a motion for contempt with the court and have the Judge decide.
