Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Motion to compel

I have initially requested production of docs to defendents attorney along with financial affidavits 4 months ago. I have gotten a single piece of paper with some boggus financial stuff on it basically saying the defendent does not work. It's not even the law appointed form that the attorney submitted. I did a motion to compel almost a month ago. I gave one to the judge, filed one, and gave one to the defendents attorney. If the attorney doesn't respond again, what can I do? this will the be third time. I am representing myself.

Re: Motion to compel

First, get a lawyer. You are in way over your head.

Your lawyer will then set your motion to compel on the general hearing docket, UMC, short matter calendar, or whatever type of docket it's called in your jurisdiction. Nothing happens on a motion until it is heard by the judge.
