Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

NCP due insurance settlement. Court entered judgement for delinquent child support and copies given to attorney and FL DOR. NCP hired new attorney and filed motion to clarify arrears. Why would an attorney do that? Is this something I need to be concerned about?

Always be concerned. Read the Motion or talk to your attorney as to what is to be clarified.

You have to make sure you get paid from the injury settlement.

Use of a lawyer is recommended.
