Parental responsibility of 18yo HS student

I'm in Florida, and want to know the extent of my responsibility for any illegal activity of my 18yo daughter, who is a senior in HS and living with her 17yo boyfriend.

None. Your 18 year old daughter is an adult under the law and is responsible for her own actions. If she is involved in any illegal activity, she will faces charges as an adult in criminal court if arrested.
