I have a prenuptial agreement that protects my business and other properties including all future asses obtained thru my business income.

so now I opening an LLC company owned by my existing s-corporation this LLC will be used to buy and lease property and I will make my espouse 5% partner

my question is:

the new llc will be owned by my s-corp and the s-corp is protected by the prenuptial agreement, does this mean that the 95% the llc and its access would be protected in case of a divorce?
