Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am in the process of getting my children because the state of SC removed them from their mothers house because she is a drug addict and was found to be neglectful/abusive and was oentered into the SC child abuse registry. Since I live in FL. I had to do a home study which I was just approved. When DSS gives me the ok to pick my kids up and I will have them with me here in FL what steps will I need to take to have full custody of the children? Do I file in FL. or SC?

You cant do anything until the SC case is closed, so SC will give you temp custody then later (after the SC case closes) you can file in FL.
