Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Hello I had a few questions to ask I'm a single mom that is breastfeeding and I recently just filed for full custody. My sons father has abandoned us and never asked about the baby or If he needs anything, never buys him doesn't come see him nothing and he's like I'm taking you to court and getting a lawyer, and also I was wondering he has family members that are lawyers can he use them? I don't want anything to do with him. He keeps threatening me.

He has rights to the child so you should get a lawyer to help sort things out.
It is absolutely the worst thing to have family members representing the opposing side. The other party usually is not paying fees and does all sorts of questionable acts to increase your fees to make you give up. You need an attorney ASAP; you may contact the Legal Aid office in your county.
