Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I received a temporary injunction for protection against domestic violence. The respondent was ordered to relinquish his firearm and ammunition but did not do so. An extension to the temporary injunction was granted and the respondent was ordered again to relinquish the firearm within 24 hours but he did not until 3 days later, and without the ammunition. Is this a violation and what would be the consequences, if any?

If he has refused to surrender the firearms then that is a violation so contact the police and file a motion for contempt.
