Refute supplemental petition/ addendum??

my exhusband handed the fam court judge and myself an addendum as we were leaving the hearing.It contains many inconsistancies and derrogotory info about me...Am I supposed to respond in writing to the court? or ignore it? please help thank you

You must be served a summons in order for you to be required to answer a Petition. This stray pleading can be ignored.

I'm not sure I would ignore the pleading. If it's an improper pleading, you should probably file a motion to strike it. If the judge rules the pleading is proper, you should ask the judge if it it one to which you must respond.
