Re-marraige

If two peolpe that are not U.S citizens get married in the U.S and seperate, can one of those people get re-married without getting a divorce?

If no marriage license was obtained in the United States, a divorce is not needed. However, it may be required if the ceremony occurred in the U.S. but a valid license was obtained in a Foreign country.

No. A divorce from the current spouse is required for any party to get remarried. It makes no difference whether or not a person is a US citizen.
