Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I resided in the state of florida, my daughter's father took my daughter to Pennsylvania on vacation with an affidavit of guardianship. It stated that she will be with him for 6 months but that she needed to be return back home on December 1, 2014. Father made me travel to Pennsylvania from Florida to pick up my child. When I arrived to the address provided, I was told he moved out a month ago. I called police and they made a police report. Is that consider kidnapping? Can I get a court order in the state of Florida where I reside to get my daughter? Is considered a violation of affidavit? Is the affidavit valid? Please help! I'm going crazy, I need my daughter back home.

You need to contact attorney or legal aid office ASAP! Once the child is gone from Florida for more than 181 days a Florida Judge may lose jurisdiction to handle this case. You really need to see a local attorney with all paperwork, e-mails as to what is happening.
