First of all - did you get a letter for paternity from the Dept of REvenue? Is there any court records naming you as the father of this child? If you did a voluntary paternity test because she was looking for who the father was, and you tested positive - who did she give the test to - who made the certification that this child is yours since you stated you don't even remember being with her. This is probably a wonderful scam and she may be collecting from several men. I suggest you and the child go to a hospital and have them run a proper DNA test to determine if you are the father. If you are, then you need to decide if you want to raise this child or not. If you wish to raise this child, then Petition the court for sole custody since she essentially has abandoned the child.
