Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Got served with paternity suit on Friday. With the papers was a temporary standing order for family law. It says about shared parenting. How can this be served when he's not even on the birth certificate? Do I have to follow this order as mediation isn't until October 7 th.

Yes you do. He is requesting a DNA and if he is 100% the father he will get visitation as well. Of course, you will get child support unless he proves he is more fit than you.
