Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My sister put a false Baker Act and Stalking Order on me to stop a probate on my dad's estate. My sister lied on both petitions and I have not seen her in 1 1/2 years. I never had any mental issues prior or after this. My sister's boyfriend is an attorney and knew the judge. The hospital cleared me. I want to litigate her in small claims court for this. Not paying the invoices from the Hospital. You cannot take individuals into a mental hospital for no reason at all! That's illegal!!
