Legal and received work in their custody case pro-Bono, she then lied under oath and said she paid for services and wants him to pay her back for monies she didn't pay what is the remedy to this situation

depending on the amount, perhaps pay her and move on. Otherwise take her to court and state that she lied at the hearing. I see where you state this is now his ex girlfriend so there may have been some kind of an agreement between them as to paying her a fee.
