Legal Question

I am terminally ill.my wife has a restraining order for domestic violence.No charges were filed but a judge says i have until Friday Nov.20,2009 to leave my home.I am terminal pending a liver transplant.My question is this.Can this judge give my wife our brand new car,my home and throw me out in the street being terminally ill and limited resources ?
