Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I just turned 17 years old. I will not be 18 until the late year of 2010. I am dating a 21 year old male and he wishes that i move in with him. We would look for a place. But I am in online homeschool where my mother has helped me out none i do everything she has no tie to it. My boyfriend had to talk to one of my teachers once because she wouldn't. Now i was kicked out of my house at 15 and moved into a house with people i knew well i lived with them for two years just moved out a few months ago. She could not support me because of her divorce. Now my mother and step father are back on and i am uneasy with my living situations. I babysit now because i live in a small town with no job openings but will have one soon. I know what it is like paying bills and living on my own. I know its tuff but my parents are looking to move to maine i do not wish to leave the rest of my family and my school with not go with me i will have to change. I wish to move out my mom like my boyfriend and is ok with me moving in with him at 18 but nnot so sure about 17. Can i move out with him leagally at 17 if i have a good paying job will it change anything? If i am not in school would that change anything. I really want away from my step father.

As long as your mother approves, it is not illegal for you to live with your boyfriend. You have to live where your parents decide until you are 18.
