Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

how do I get visitation rights to see my mom. my brother is living with her and cares for her with Hospice home care. yet I also have power of attorney and we cared for her two years until he came to help/live with mom

Not sure that's a family law question. Family law deals with divorce, child support and timesharing, that sort of thing. You are all adults. maybe re-post your question in a forum for elder law issues? But I don't know of any "visitation right" for an adult son to see his adult mother.
