I had an open investigation for Domestic violence in crystal city , texas. I gave my grandmother temorary custody and power of attorny 2days prior to reports of the domestic violence being made and my children were not present at all. I left the state before i seen a judge. I came to florida to be with my mother My 2 children ages 2&3 we're taken from me without a court order or signed document from daycare after the investigation was ALREADY closed and allegations were proven wrong within less than 24hr. Of. the alligations being made.I willingly took a drug screen to avoid going to court , but do to the fact of fleaing the state of Texas during an open investigation, they notified the DCF OF Florida of the domestic violence in Texas because I came to Florida with my boyfriend (@the time) who was abusing me. One hope United stated that they were taking my children because I wouldnt sign and comply with a case plan that had false accusations on to why DCF was involved to begin with, (abuse, neglect, and abandonment ) I never seen or appeared in a court room or in front of a Judge and was told I could put a stop to complying with them because it was all done willingly. I did a 15 day safety plan, and was told by the investigator the investigation had to be extended to 60 days because of my past cases with dcf in 2006 for Domestic violence & in 2010 for drug use. I have court December 1,2016 for an arraignment for placement of my children ..i gave birth to my son 11/26/2016 he also has been removed from my custody.... i need help please
