Last week my childs mother past away. I have never taken a paternity test but have been paying child support. For the past year the grandmother (on the mothers side) has had emergency temp custody of the child and her younger sister per request of the deceased mother. Now that the mother is deceased does the temp custody still stand? how can i got about getting custody of my child?
